Parkies Custom Gloves | For Players, By Players.
Parkies Custom Gloves (PCG Baseball) offers a one-year limited warranty on fielding gloves against defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty begins on the date the original purchaser receives the glove.
This voluntary warranty applies to gloves purchased directly from PCG Baseball through www.parkiescustomgloves.com. It is provided to the original purchaser and is non-transferable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
To qualify under this limited warranty:
The claim must include a valid PCG order number or other proof of purchase.
The claim must be submitted within one year of receiving the original glove.
The issue must result from a defect in materials or workmanship.
The damage must not have been caused by misuse, abuse, improper storage or care, or an unauthorised repair or modification.
PCG will assess the glove to determine whether the issue qualifies for coverage.
For an approved claim, PCG will provide a one-time repair or replacement, at PCG’s discretion, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
A repair or replacement does not restart the original one-year warranty period. Any remaining coverage continues from the date the original glove was received, unless otherwise required by law.
For approved lace claims, only the affected lace will be replaced. An exact colour match cannot be guaranteed because of variations in leather and dye batches.
This voluntary warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, improper storage, or failure to follow proper glove care instructions.

Accidental rips, cuts, tears, burns, or abrasions that are unrelated to a manufacturing defect.

Damage caused by unauthorised repairs, modifications, or alterations.
Gloves purchased used, as demo products, or expressly sold without this voluntary warranty.

Your name and order number or proof of purchase.
The date you received your glove.
A description of the issue.

Please contact PCG before sending your glove back. We will provide return instructions if an inspection is required.
Any shipping charges payable by the customer will be explained before the glove is returned. Shipping and other costs will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy requires a customer to pay costs that PCG is legally required to cover.
This limited warranty is in addition to any legal warranties, conditions, rights, or remedies available under applicable Canadian federal, provincial, or territorial law.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that cannot legally be waived, including applicable legal warranties concerning quality, durability, or fitness for purpose. Those rights may continue beyond the one-year voluntary warranty period.
